The preliminary analysis of the fabricated series and parallel pump arrangement shows the behaviour that follows the Bernoulli principle in which when the volumetric flow rate of the pump is increased, the pressure decreases and vice versa. The parallel pump arrangement demonstrated a higher flow rate than that of the series arrangement while the series arrangement demonstrated a higher total head than that of the parallel arrangement. The best efficiency point of the series arrangement is within the high total head range while that of the parallel arrangement is within the high volumetric flow rate range.
